About the Role

Pay

$16.20–$17.20 per hour, increasing by $1 after 30 days of employment. Sign-on bonus and benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Provide production labor in assigned work areas
• Follow established company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms
• Work safely and comply with health and safety policies
• Participate in team-based production efforts to meet company standards
• Communicate performance improvement ideas to supervisory staff
• Participate in timely first part and hourly quality audits
• Assist with production setup activities
• Recommend corrective actions to meet production goals

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds, sometimes repetitively, throughout the shift
• Ability to reach overhead, work in stooping, kneeling, and standing positions
• Ability to perform pushing, pulling, bending, and climbing activities using hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, back, and legs
• Dexterous use of both hands
• Good, corrected vision
• Ability to work in above-average temperatures (100+ degrees)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work with minimum supervision after receiving job instructions
• Positive and respectful attitude
• Ability to learn manufacturing operations, procedures, and technology
