Search Jobs Toggle navigation Back to results New Search Sign Up Login Production Norwalk, OH 44857 Employment Type: Contract Job Number: 58893036 Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour Job Description Cardinal Staffing is hiring Production Operators for an automotive supplier in Norwalk, OH Job Summary The Production Mold Operator Is Responsible For Operating Molding Equipment Used To Manufacture Automotive Insulation And Acoustic Products. This Position Ensures Products Are Produced Safely, Efficiently, And According To Quality Standards While Maintaining Production Goals And a Clean Work Environment Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Inspect parts for quality defects, including dimensions, appearance, and proper formation. Trim, assemble, stack, label, and package finished products as required. Monitor machine performance and notify supervisors or maintenance of equipment issues. Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and housekeeping standards. Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals. Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
