Production Associates

About the role

Bilinski's Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking Production Associates (Production, Kitchen & Packaging) who are experienced with food manufacturing at our Cohoes, NY facility. Our positions are hands-on production work in a manufacturing environment.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm or until finished with mandatory overtime as daily schedule requires
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:30pm to 11:30pm or until finished with mandatory overtime as daily schedule requires

Pay

Weekly pay, starting at $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, plus $1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift only.

Requirements

To be successful, a candidate must be able to:

• Stand for the work day
• Work in variable temperatures (cold, wet, humid, etc.)
• Lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs. without assistance throughout the day
• Complete hand and wrist motions
• Have a high-level of proficiency with iPads and Computer Terminals
• Work at a consistent and acceptable work pace

Qualifications

• Experience with food manufacturing preferred
• Bilingual encouraged
