Production Associate Vacation Relief

About the role

Production Associate is an entry level role in our bakery and a valuable member of the production team focused on safely and consistently producing the highest quality product possible for customers.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of high-powered machinery
• Packaging products
• Mixing ingredients
• Moving and/or stacking materials and equipment used in production
• Examining and rejecting products that do not meet specification
• Observing, maintaining, and addressing issues to prevent and reduce waste
• Participating and successfully completing all Company approved and required training, audits, etc.
• Maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and Superior quality standards

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• 1-3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stack, and/or carry pans, ingredient containers, etc.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Comfortable in a warm working environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays

Pay

Great starting pay! $24.66 per hour.
