Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division. This role performs a variety of production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor, including loading or unloading trucks, preparing or staging material and garments, and filling in for other employee vacations and absences. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily.
Responsibilities
- Perform production jobs classified at a level four or below to support business operations
- Load or unload trucks as needed
- Prepare or stage material and garments for loading
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work
- Adapt to changing work areas and responsibilities daily
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must adhere to attendance policy
- Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods
- Must work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures
- Must handle materials that may be soiled or have pungent odors (with appropriate protective equipment)
Physical Qualifications
- Requires standing for most of a shift
- Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching
- Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift

Pay
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $19.25 - $24.08 per hour, depending on skill sets, experience, training, and business needs.
