Production Associate - Utility IV - 3rd Shift

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division. This position performs a variety of production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor, with responsibilities that may change daily to fill in for other employee vacations and absences.

About the role

Tasks may include:

• Loading or unloading trucks
• Preparing or staging material and garments for loading
• Performing other production jobs classified at a level four or below

Production Associates are expected to maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to attendance policy
• Work in close proximity to others for extended periods
• Operate in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures
• Handle materials that may be soiled or have pungent odors, using appropriate protective equipment

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Physical Qualifications

• Requires standing for most of a shift
• Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching
• Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift
