About the role
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. This position is responsible for performing a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the loading or unloading of trucks
- Prepare or stage material and garments for loading
- Perform other production jobs classified at a level four or below as needed to support the business
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must adhere to attendance policy
- Willingness to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly
- Willingness to potentially handle materials that are soiled and have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment
Physical Qualifications
- Requires standing for most of a shift
- Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities
- Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $19.25 - $24.08/Hour. The range takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, and training, and other business and organization needs.
