Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. This position performs a variety of production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor, including loading/unloading trucks, preparing or staging materials and garments, and filling in for other employee vacations or absences. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily. Production Associates are expected to maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed quantity and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform various production jobs classified at level four or below to support business needs
- Load and unload trucks
- Prepare and stage materials and garments for loading
- Fill in for other employees during vacations or absences
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must adhere to attendance policy
- Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures
- Must be willing to handle materials that may be soiled or have pungent odors (with appropriate protective equipment)
Physical Qualifications
- Requires standing for most of a shift
- Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching
- Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift
