Production Associate - TWB Canton, MI
About the role
We're hiring motivated individuals to join our production team at TWB Company. This is an entry-level role with full training, strong benefits, and long-term growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Pack, weigh, and band materials from production lines
- Absorb and support machine operators during quality production
- Follow safety protocols and customer packaging standards
- Read and understand production orders and materials
- Operate banding tools and handle small parts
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift materials as needed
- Good hand-eye coordination and basic math skills
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions
- Mechanical aptitude is helpful, but not required
- Open to working any shift or rotation as needed
- Strong work ethic, safety awareness, and attention to detail
