Production Associate - Third Shift

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Manufacture, pack, and inspect ceramic cores.
• Operate production machines and equipment while adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and communicate in written and verbal English.
• Ability to reliably work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assist available as required).
• Basic math skills.
• Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Citizen of the United States, or Permanent resident alien of the United States, or Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15.

Pay

• 3rd Shift - $18/hr ($16/hr with $2/hr shift differential) for all new hires after 10/6/2025.

• Second Shift.
