Production Associate -3rd Shift

Nature of the work

Making associates assist in manufacturing processes and related activities like gathering and sharing information, moving materials, setting up and operating simple machines, and managing inventory to produce products for various platforms.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to safety and quality guidelines, complying with all regulations.
• Move products, supplies, and inventory to support production.
• Follow standard operating procedures, cGMP, safety, and housekeeping requirements; capable of training others as needed.
• Perform inventory control tasks such as verifying components before use, return, and reporting discrepancies.
• Work in component staging areas and rotate to all tasks on the production line.
• Inspect components and finished goods visually at each stage of the manufacturing process.
• Use hand/eye coordination and physical agility to perform major tasks.
• Lift up to 55 pounds.

Education and Experience

• Able to read, understand, and implement required standard operations procedures and work instructions.
• Strong safety knowledge of handling machinery.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay rate: $18.00 per hour.
