Production Associate - Route Preparation

Responsibilities

• Accurately count and track customer garments using a handheld scanner.
• Record inventory for delivery.
• Bundle or tie garment hangers together by customer employee numbers in preparation for loading on a route truck.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed established standards for quantity and quality of work.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years of age.
• Adhere to the company attendance policy.
• Willingness to work safely in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.
• Willingness to learn and use a handheld scanner.
• Physical ability to stand for most of the shift, perform repetitive motions, stretch, bend, turn, reach, lift, push, and move garment bundles.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Positive interpersonal skills; courteous, respectful, and cooperative with coworkers.
• Team‑oriented mindset; works collaboratively to achieve goals and supports team decisions.
• Commitment to safety rules and guidelines.
• Attention to detail; thorough and careful when completing tasks or correcting errors.
