Production Associate - Route Preparation

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Route Preparation to support the Rental Division.

Responsibilities

• Accurately count and track customer garments using a handheld scanner and record inventory for delivery.
• Bundle or tie garment hangers together by customer employee numbers in preparation for loading on a route truck.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

Requirements

• Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; must be 18 years of age or older.
• Work Expectations: Adhere to attendance policy; willing to work in safe proximity to others for extended periods; willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures; willing to learn to use a handheld scanner.
• Physical Qualifications: Requires standing for most of the shift; repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching; physical activity including lifting and pushing or moving garment bundles for most of the shift.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $17.70 and $22.13 per hour.

Schedule

Full Time, 1st Shift.
