The Production Associate positions at our Benton Harbor, MI facility are responsible for various tasks including paint prep, shipping, saw/fabrication, and prep work. The Paint Technician position focuses specifically on paint preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for painting according to specifications
• Load and unload vehicles as needed
• Operate machinery and equipment safely
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing or related field preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Good physical condition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
