Production Associate - Outdoor Industry

About the Role

Are you ready to build world-class SAGE fly fishing products in one of the Pacific Northwest's most beautiful locations? Far Bank Enterprises is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our SAGE Manufacturing team as a Production Associate on Bainbridge Island, Washington. As a Production Associate, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process, helping create premium products known throughout the fly-fishing industry for their quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing and assembly tasks according to established quality and production standards.
• Follow detailed specifications and production guidelines.
• Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional hand-eye coordination.
• Strong ability to perform detailed manual and visual work.
• Ability to follow and understand production specifications and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Schedule

Monday through Thursday:

• 1st Shift: 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM

Pay

• Starting pay: $18.50 to $19.55 per hour
• Additional $0.50 per hour shift differential for employees working 2nd Shift.
