About the role
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Order Picker to support the Rental Division. The Order Picker is responsible for accurately picking garments from inventory by type, color, and grade based on order forms. Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick garments from inventory by type, color, and grade based on order forms
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work
- Adhere to attendance policy
- Work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time
- Work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures
- Learn to use a handheld scanner to accomplish work
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Requires standing for most of the shift
- Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching
