Production Associate - Order Picker

About the role

The Order Picker is responsible for accurately picking garments from inventory by type, color, and grade based on order forms. Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick garments from inventory based on order forms
• Maintain cleanliness of work area
• Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work
• Learn to use a handheld scanner to accomplish work
• Work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must adhere to attendance policy
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods
• Requires standing for most of the shift
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching

Pay

Base salary for this role ranges between $15.50 - $19.38/hour, depending on skill sets, experience, training, and business needs.
