Production Associate - Mender
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mender to support the Rental Division.
About the role
The Mender is responsible for accurately repairing Uniform garments in accordance with company standards, including patching holes and tears or replacing buttons on garments such as shirts and pants. The Mender uses an industrial heat seal machine and button sewing machine to accomplish work. Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must adhere to attendance policy.

- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
- Must be willing to learn to use a computer program to accomplish work.
- Requires standing for most of the shift.
- Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.

How you will be evaluated
The full selection process may include:

Pay
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $16.90 - $20.63 per hour. The range considers factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and business needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual circumstances.
