Production Associate - Mat Roller
About the role
The Production Associate – Mat Roller supports the Rental Division, focusing on the evaluation, placement, and maintenance of cleaned customer floor mats in a rolling machine.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats
- Safely place mats into a rolling machine for processing
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area
- Sort and place rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery
Qualifications
- Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the US and be 18 years of age or older.
- Work Expectations: Adhere to attendance policy, work in a safe proximity to others, and work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
- Physical Qualifications: Standing for most of the shift, repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching, and physical activity including lifting and moving materials.

Pay
This position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure. Additional compensation incentive is tied to meeting or exceeding production standards.
Schedule
The position is full-time, with a 1st shift schedule.
