About the Role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely processes them through a rolling machine, and maintains work area cleanliness. Rolled mats are sorted and staged for customer delivery. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards results in additional compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
  • Safely operate a rolling machine to process mats.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
  • Sort and stage rolled mats for customer delivery.
  • Meet or exceed established production standards to earn additional compensation.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must adhere to attendance policy.
  • Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

  • Requires standing for most of the shift.
  • Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
  • Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of the shift.

How You Will Be Evaluated

The selection process may include:

Pay

Competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance, based on meeting or exceeding production standards.
