Production Associate – Lunchables Assembly (Oscar Mayer)
Shifts Available:
- Days: 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm (Mandated OT as needed)
- Afternoons: 2nd Shift 2pm-10:30pm (Mandated OT as needed)
- Nights: 3rd Shift 10pm-6:30am (Mandated OT as needed)
About the Role
A Production Worker in the Lunchables Department will be responsible for the total assembly of the Lunchables products. This involves placing package components into specified tray compartments and grading for quality defects. Responsible for keeping a clean workstation, which includes removing re-work and trash from the area.
Responsibilities
- Perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.
- Supply improvement suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of the facility.
- Ensure equipment and machinery are cleaned and sanitized according to the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program rules.
- Ensure all products manufactured align with the Quality Assurance Program and policies.
- Follow the Kraft Heinz Safety Process, keeping yourself and others safe, and adhere to LOTO policy and procedures.
Physical Demands
- Standing up to 12 hours a day.
- Lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs., including overhead work.
- Repetitive motion with hands.
- Kneeling, twisting, squatting, and climbing stairs.
- Working in hot and cold environments (Lunchables 40°F, Cool Whip 90°F/-35°F, Cold Storage 0°F).
- Working in loud environments over 85 decibels.
Requirements
- Able to work on weekends, holidays, and commit to mandated overtime.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent experience or GED.
- Strong communication skills.

Pay
- Hourly pay starting at $18.75/hr
- $1.25 shift differential for second shift
- $2.50 shift differential for third shift
