About the Role
We are seeking an experienced 1st Shift Production Associate to join our values-based organization in lumber mill production and manufacturing.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with overtime as needed for production.
Responsibilities
- Read, route, and perform work as assigned by department supervisor.
- Operate saws, hand tools, and other equipment used in lumber mill manufacturing.
- Sew, cut, clip, hook, or otherwise assemble materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished product from raw materials.
- Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
- Place finished goods on the designated pallet.
Requirements
- Forklift experience and forklift certification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment working on production equipment.
- Prior lumber experience desired; engineered lumber experience preferred.
