About the role

GE HealthCare, Noblesville seeks experienced manufacturing and repair technicians to support the manufacture, configuration, refurbishment, and repair of ultrasound machines.

Responsibilities

  • Support the production and repair of ultrasound machines
  • Communicate, receive, and understand written and verbal instructions in English
  • Work independently and within a team on varied daily tasks
  • Show flexibility in daily work tasks and maintain a flexible approach
  • Show attention to detail and focus on product quality and safety
  • Perform tasks requiring 6 or more of the following key skills: technical proficiency, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, equipment operation, quality control, inventory management, and project coordination

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent attendance, accountability, teamwork, personal initiative, and work ethic
  • Flexibility to work both independently and within a team
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and focus on product quality and safe working practices
  • Demonstrated capabilities in 6 or more of the following key skills: technical proficiency, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, equipment operation, quality control, inventory management, and project coordination

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher in technology or engineering related discipline preferred
