Production Associate I- Night Shift

What's attractive about the Production Associate?

• Hours & Pay: 3:30pm to 2:00am (Monday to Thursday) - $20.16 per hour (includes 12% shift differential)
• Overtime potential

Position Location:

Foreston, Minnesota

What Success Looks Like:

• Maintains the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S standards
• Monitors product constantly to ensure quality standards are being met
• Maintains safety procedures and guidelines; and notifies others of existing or potential safety issues
• Assists in other work areas when workload permits or requires
• Promotes teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers
• Thoroughly complete all documentation, such as production reports
• Ability to perform repetitive work requiring high levels of concentration
• Displays a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow

What You Bring:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 6 months of production, assembly, or related work experience
• Manual/finger dexterity skills
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
