What You Will Do
- UV Bond
- Packaging
- Operating and loading machines
- Making measurements
- Moving materials
- Coating
- Masking
- Mixing
- Blasting
- Inspecting products or components
- Following process work instructions and test procedures
- Monitoring and recording related documentation
- Manipulating/Assembling small tools or objects with hands
- Working from production build rates and schedules
- Meeting required cycle times
- Interfacing with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices
- Handling, transporting, storing, and inspecting components and final assembly devices
- Redlining documents needing correction and assisting with resolution
- Executing validation protocols and engineering evaluations with supervision
- Sponsoring idea submissions and leading assigned projects
- Supporting set-ups, work preparation, clean-up, and quality assurance of own work and work area
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of manufacturing experience
- Prior cleanroom experience
- Prior experience working with measuring devices and microscopes
Physical Requirements
- Ability to focus on and see small objects under a microscope
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to focus on detailed work for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to discern colors
Pay
$21.25/hr + $2.00/hr Shift Premium, plus bonus potential and benefits.
