About the role
The role involves setting up and assembling parts, demonstrating the proper use of simple hand and machine tools, accurately reading and following procedures, and ensuring parts meet customer deadlines and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Set up and assemble parts
- Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools
- Accurately read and follow procedures, routing, and other work instructions
- Ensure quality product standards with no defects
- Meet customer deadlines and expectations
- Stay in compliance with applicable elements of quality systems
- Participate in cost reduction plans and continuous improvement plans/events as required
- Participate in audits
- Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certifications as required
- Maintain materials, equipment, and work area in clean and orderly condition
- Examine methods and results for conformance to standards and reinstruct as required
- Report work progress and updates to lead or supervisor, including conditions surrounding failures to meet quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in related discipline
- Ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) qualification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- One year of manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience using Citrix, SAP, Word and Excel

Pay
The salary range for this role is $35,537 to $66,651 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Schedule
Your schedule will be Monday-Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm with overtime on a business need basis.
