About the role
This is an onsite position based in Fairfield, CA. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems.
Responsibilities
- Set up and assemble parts.
- Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools.
- Accurately read and follow procedures, routing, and other work instructions.
- Ensure quality product standards with no defects.
- Create parts that meet customer deadlines and expectations.
- Stay in compliance with applicable elements of quality systems.
- Participate in cost reduction plans and continuous improvement plans/events as required.
- Participate in audits.
- Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certifications as required.
- Maintain materials, equipment, and work area in clean and orderly condition.
- Examine methods and results for conformance to standards and reinstruct as required.
- Report to lead or supervisor on work progress and updates, including conditions surrounding failures to meet quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D. in the U.S.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives Access (ATF).
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience using Citrix, SAP, Word, and Excel.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime on a business-need basis.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $35,537 to $66,651 USD.
