Production Associate - Heavy Lifting 2nd shift

Requirements

• Strong work history
• Previous poultry production experience OR previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
• 6‑12 months of work history required

Qualifications

• Ability to adhere to Company policies and procedures
• Perform job duties according to standards set for safety, quality and processing speeds
• At least 18 years of age
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Willing to work in a variety of conditions (hot, cold, wet, noisy)
• Willing and able to work around industrial equipment, stand for several hours, lift/push/pull up to 40 pounds, repetitive use of the arms, wrists and hands
• Although typically assigned a single department, production and staffing needs will dictate periodic changes; must be willing and able to work in other departments and positions as needed

Skills

• Ability to read and interpret documents in English or Spanish, such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to complete checklists
