Production Associate / Graphic Installer

Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities / Essential Functions

• Oversees the production planning for all phases of production needed to fulfill customer orders.
• Responsible for quality control of all work orders to completion, including receipt of raw materials, quality control of finished production, and shipping to customers.
• Establishes and adheres to a maintenance schedule in collaboration with operators.
• Develops methods and means for handling, storing, packaging, and delivering materials/products to prevent damage and deterioration.
• Documents and updates production floor procedures and contributes to team meetings to recommend improvements to production procedures.
• Ensures efficient and accurate production scheduling to meet quality standards and on-time delivery of customer orders.
• Affixes to all safety procedures while on the production floor.
• Maintains regular on-time attendance.

• Critical eye for identifying waste with a strong focus on quality control.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software such as CRM software, and MS Office software.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.

Experience/ Education

• High School Degree; some college course work.
• Previous related work experience in retail or manufacturing environment where scheduling and quality control were job-related duties.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended hours at a time, sometimes entire work shift.
• Must be able to lift unassisted 50 lbs.

Background Check

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.

Schedule

• Must be able to work flexible schedule, sometimes evenings and weekends.

Languages

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
