Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder - Cleanroom

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division by folding customer product manually or through the use of an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery. This role maintains the cleanliness of the work area and operates under a performance-based incentive pay structure.

About the Role

This position offers competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance, based on meeting or exceeding established production standards.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Adhere to attendance policies and work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Work in close proximity to others for extended periods.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years of age.
• Must be willing to work in a safe, fast-paced environment with time pressures.
• Requires standing for most of the shift and performing repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product.
