Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder
Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder is responsible for folding customer product manually or through the use of an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. Product Folders are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area.
Responsibilities
- Fold customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
- Count folded product and prepare bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years of age.
- Adhere to the attendance policy.
- Willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.
- Physical ability to stand for most of the shift, perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, reaching, and push carts or bins of bulk or linen product.

Pay
Competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour based on individual productivity and performance by meeting or exceeding established production standards.
