Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder - 3rd Shift

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder is responsible for folding customer product manually or through the use of an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. Product Folders are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Adhere to attendance policy.
• Willing to work in safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May need to push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to the folding station.

Pay

• Competitive hourly pay with opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance.
• Additional earnings based on meeting or exceeding established production standards.
• Base salary estimate ranges from $15.00 to $17.50 per hour.

Schedule

• Full‑time position.
• Third shift.
