Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder - 3rd Shift

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division, focusing on folding customer product manually or through the use of an industrial garment folding machine.

About the role

The Product Folder is responsible for counting folded product and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards directly impacts compensation.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Adhere to production standards to earn additional compensation incentives.
• Push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to station for folding.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of product.

Pay

Base salary ranges from $15.75 to $18.38 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through productivity incentives. Compensation decisions are based on skill sets, experience, training, and business needs.
