Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder - 2nd Shift

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division, focusing on folding customer garments, linen, and bulk products either manually or using industrial machinery.

About the Role

The Product Folder is responsible for folding customer product, counting folded items, and preparing bundles for delivery. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards directly impacts compensation. Maintaining a clean work area is also expected.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer garments, linen, or bulk products manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded products accurately.
• Prepare bundles of clean, folded product for customer delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed production standards to qualify for additional compensation incentives.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to the company’s attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen products.

Pay

Base salary for this role ranges between $16.90 - $19.25/hour, depending on skill sets, experience, training, and business needs. Compensation decisions are based on individual qualifications and circumstances.

Schedule

Full-time position on the 2nd shift.
