Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder - 2nd Shift

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division, focusing on folding customer garments, linen, and bulk products either manually or using industrial machinery. This role involves counting folded products and preparing bundles for delivery while maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles of clean, folded items for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Meet or exceed production standards to qualify for performance-based incentive pay.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product.

Pay

Base salary for this role ranges between $17.13 - $17.50/hour, depending on skill sets, experience, training, and business needs.
