Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately place customer garments on hangers.
• Visually inspect all garments to identify need for proactive repairing (e.g., patching holes or tears).
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Adhere to attendance policy.
• Willing to work in safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Capable of repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May need to push carts or bins of bulk/linen product to prepare for folding.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay with performance‑based incentive; opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour based on meeting or exceeding production standards.

Schedule

Full‑time position, 1st shift.
