Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector
About the Role
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. The Garment Hanger/Inspector is responsible for safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting all garments to identify the need for proactive repairing, such as patching holes or tears. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards results in additional compensation.
Responsibilities
- Place customer garments on hangers accurately and safely.
- Visually inspect garments to identify and address repairs, such as patching holes or tears.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Adhere to attendance policies and work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
- Perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work tasks.
- Push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to prepare for folding.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
- Requires standing for most of the shift.
- Must demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.

Pay
Competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance, based on meeting or exceeding established production standards.
