About the Role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. The role involves safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting them to identify the need for repairs, such as patching holes or tears. Employees are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area.

Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the US.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Qualifications

Requires standing for most of the shift.
Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance. Additional earnings are based on meeting or exceeding established production standards.
