Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division.

About the role

The Garment Hanger/Inspector is responsible for safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting all garments to identify the need for proactive repairing, such as patching holes or tears. You will maintain the cleanliness of your work area and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Hang customer garments on hangers accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect garments for damage (holes, tears, stains) and flag items needing repair.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Meet or exceed production quantity and quality targets.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

• Standing for most of the shift.
• Repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• Pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product.
