Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division.
About the role
The Garment Hanger/Inspector is responsible for safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting all garments to identify the need for proactive repairing, such as patching holes or tears. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure; meeting or exceeding production standards for hanging garments can result in additional compensation.
Responsibilities
- Place customer garments on hangers accurately and safely.
- Visually inspect garments to identify and address repair needs (e.g., patching holes or tears).
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must adhere to attendance policy.
- Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
Physical Qualifications
- Requires standing for most of the shift.
- Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
- May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen products.

Pay
Base salary ranges from $15.75 to $18.38 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance incentives.
