Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector - 3rd Shift

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. The Garment Hanger/Inspector is responsible for safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and for visually inspecting all garments to identify the need for proactive repairing, such as patching holes or tears. Garment Hanger/Inspectors are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Adhere to attendance policy.

• Physical demands: standing for most of shift; repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching; may require pushing carts or bins of bulk/linen product.

Pay

Performance‑based incentive pay: competitive hourly wage with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour based on individual productivity and performance (meeting or exceeding production standards). Base salary estimate ranges from $16.90 to $19.25 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and business needs.
