Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector - 2nd Shift - Temporary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division.

About the role

The Garment Hanger/Inspector is responsible for safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting all garments to identify the need for proactive repairing, such as patching holes or tears. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure; compensation includes a base hourly rate with additional incentives for exceeding production standards.

Responsibilities

• Hang customer garments on hangers accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect garments for damage, identifying needs for repairs like patching holes or tears.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed production standards for hanging garments to qualify for incentive pay.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product.
