Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector - 2nd Shift
About the role
The Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector supports the Rental Division by safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments for repair needs.
Responsibilities
- Safely place customer garments on hangers
- Visually inspect garments for repair needs such as patching holes or tears
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must adhere to attendance policy
- Willingness to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures
- Requires standing for most of the shift
- Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching
- May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product

Pay
The position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure. Additional compensation incentive is tied to exceeding production standards.
