Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division.

About the role

The Garment Hanger/Inspector is responsible for safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting all garments to identify the need for proactive repairing, such as patching holes or tears. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure; compensation includes a base hourly rate and additional incentives for exceeding production standards. Garment Hanger/Inspectors are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area.

Responsibilities

  • Hang customer garments on hangers safely and accurately.
  • Visually inspect garments to identify and flag repairs (e.g., patching holes or tears).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Meet or exceed established production standards for hanging garments.
  • Work in close proximity to others for extended periods in a fast-paced environment with time pressures.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must adhere to attendance policy.
  • Must be willing to work in a schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
  • Requires standing for most of the shift.
  • Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
  • May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product.

Pay

Base salary for this role ranges between $17.70 - $20.65 per hour, with additional compensation incentives for exceeding production standards. The range reflects factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and business needs.

Schedule

Full-time, 2nd shift.
