Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division.
About the role
The Garment Fulfillment Associate performs various production jobs in the stockroom, such as locating Uniform Rental garments or emblems based on order sheets, assembling garments, grading the usefulness of used garments, or receiving new garments, as well as other general duties as needed. Production Associates maintain the cleanliness of their work area and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must adhere to attendance policy
- Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures
- Must be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements
- Must be willing to handle soiled materials or those with pungent odors, using appropriate protective equipment
Physical Qualifications
- Requires standing for most of the shift
- Requires stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities
- Requires physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of the shift
