About the Role

As a Production Associate, you will assemble products using tools and automated equipment, following visual and written instructions to ensure smooth production. You will collaborate with supervisors to resolve mechanical or material issues and have opportunities to cross-train in multiple departments, enhancing variety and earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Use tools for drilling, measuring, and cutting

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn and adapt
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime
