Production Associate - Full-Time

Role Overview: A Production Associate is responsible for assembling and manufacturing automotive units in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused environment. Key duties include maintaining safety standards, following standard operating procedures, and problem-solving related to safety, quality, and productivity. Qualifications and Skills: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work in various positions throughout the shift.Capability to safely lift and move materials within standard weight ranges.Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and sustain a steady work pace.Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.Work in noisy, temperature-varying environments while following safety protocols.Strong focus on quality, safety, and effective communication.Must have 12 months of manufacturing experience within the last 5 years and maintain high attendance.
