Production Associate- Fletcher

About the role

Newbold Services is now hiring for full-time positions at their site in Fletcher, NC. Positions are available on Monday through Friday 1st and 2nd shifts, and Sunday - Thursday 3rd shifts, with overtime opportunities on weekends. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, based on department.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all OSHA regulations and follow safety rules.
• Report any unsafe conditions and use personal protection equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work place by adhering to 5S guidelines.
• Record daily activities.
• Ensure proper placement of parts during operations.
• Manage lot control and First In, First Out (FIFO) to maintain material flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in assembly, material handling, quality control, or welding is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
