Production Associate - First Shift

About the role

As a Production Associate, you will assemble products using tools and automated equipment, following visual and written instructions to ensure smooth production. You will partner with supervisors to troubleshoot mechanical or material challenges and may cross-train in multiple departments for variety and increased earning potential.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Pay

Competitive pay starting at $18.50/hour, increasing with experience. Built-in pay raise after six months.

Schedule

Multiple shifts available, with mandatory overtime.
