Production Associate - CNC Die-Cut Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Our product line includes gaskets, o‑rings, seals, molded products, die‑cut foams, and many other specific products for all kinds of sealing applications. We serve customers in automotive, medical, military, aerospace, electronics, power generation, hydraulics, and HVAC industries.

Overview

Fabricate orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely according to company policies
• Perform secondary inspection and advise supervisor of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspend sorting until issue is resolved
• Cross‑train and assist in other departments as required

Requirements

• 1 year of manufacturing experience
• High school diploma
• Proficiency working in a computer‑supported environment with business software, basic math and language skills, strong attention to detail
• Results‑driven, ability to take initiative and challenge the status quo, ability to meet deadlines and work in a team atmosphere to deliver results

Pay

$22.00 – $26.00 per hour

Schedule

First shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
